Meet the Event Organisers
Jo Mansfield
Jo Mansfield is the founder of BM Wellness and co-organiser of the Richmond Wellness & Lifestyle Expo. With a Diploma in Event Management, over 30 years in the wellness industry and many years organising wellness expos and community events, Jo is passionate about bringing people together.
Jo believes wellness is best experienced in person. Her events give people the opportunity to meet exhibitors, hear inspiring speakers, join workshops, discover new products, and connect with like-minded people. Her vision is to create welcoming events that educate, inspire and build stronger communities.
Helen Atzarakis
Helen Atzarakis is the founder of Sun Empire and co-organiser of the Richmond Wellness & Lifestyle Expo. With a background in business development, marketing and event coordination, Helen is also a Certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, Pranic Healer and qualified Personal Trainer. She is passionate about natural wellness and bringing authentic Sri Lankan products to Australia while creating events that connect businesses and communities.
After travelling through Sri Lanka and discovering traditional wellness practices, Helen was inspired to create Sun Empire. Her goal is to share quality natural products while supporting local businesses, encouraging collaboration and creating events where people can discover new ideas, products and opportunities.
Laura Hahn
Laura Hahn is the founder of The Wellness Coach Hub and Thrive ABC and co-organiser of the Richmond Wellness & Lifestyle Expo. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Laura is passionate about helping people create lasting lifestyle change through nutrition, movement, sleep and stress management.
Laura is passionate about bringing people together to create healthier individuals, stronger wellness businesses and more connected communities. Through The Wellness Coach Hub and Thrive ABC, she creates opportunities for people to learn, collaborate and access trusted wellbeing support, empowering lasting, sustainable change.
